This steel writing desk is constructed of a 3/16″ thick steel plate for a top surface, with thin square cross-section steel rod legs. The legs attach to the underside of the desktop with a hidden fastener system, to maintain an absolutely minimalist reading. The thin top surface appears to float, its visual lightness denying its physical weight.
